Temple
Thiruvallur is at the center of growing region in Chennai where urbanization is happening at a rapid pace. This makes the area ripe for investment. This location is also very historic. The name Thiruvallur is derived from the word "Thiruevvual" which signifies the sleeping position of the holy lord "Balaji" in the famous Sri Veeraraghava Swamy Temple in Thiruvallur.

Well connected by Road and Railway, Thiruvallur is an important junction and there are two major roads connecting Chennai and Thiruvallur. There are two suburban Railway lines in Thiruvallur alone. These are the West Line and West-North Line. There are many suburban trains that run from Thiruvallur to Chennai Central. Also, Thiruvallur is well connected by MTC buses that connect all the major locations of the Chennai City. Thiruvallur is also home to a few Fortune 100 companies and many other industries that are located there. These include Hindustan Motors Plant, Catapillar Earth moving Equipment plant, Hanil Lear, Delphi TVS, India Japan Lighting, Kingfisher's brewery division, Style SPA furniture, TI India, TCL ect.

Just 40 mins by train from Ambattur and 30 min by bus from Sriperumbudur, Thiruvallur attracts a lot of attention for being a calm and serene lace that is still close to the major industrial hubs of Chennai City. The Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA) has drafted a Second Master Plan that aims to develop Thiruvallur as a satellite township around the Chennai City. This is a great opportunity to invest in the area and reap the benefits when Thiruvallur develops as a major satellite town next to Chennai.
